This is a solid wood table at a price that would normally allow for chipboard. I needed a breakfast table/small work island for my kitchen, this fits just right. The instructions could be made more detailed, so I'll add a few tips. Gather it upside down on a blanket spread on the floor. Simply hand-tighten the screws. Turn the table to the right and tighten the screws while gently pressing on the table top without overtightening. Save the wrench as you may need to tighten it a bit after a month or two. It's not the table's fault, it's just the tree adapting to the new environment. I'm glad I found this company and if I need anything else I'll see what they have.
