To be honest, when this first came in the mail I was a bit frustrated that the L1 button wasn't working, which forced me to remap the buttons to an unusable one button I called Modified Area and the call was answered by a gentleman called Mike, he helped me so much, he sent me a brand new controller that works great, as soon as the company finds out there is a bug they fix it , something Sony or Microsoft shouldn't always be, was very fast, would recommend 10/10, controller looks and feels great, will make the modded zone I'm going to the controller maker now so happy
