The best thing about it was that I could use my own system for tracking employees options in one place without having too much work with Excel sheets which made things easier! If there were any issues when using this program they would be easily resolved by contacting their customer service department via email at info@optetraxsoftware com as soon as possible so the problem can get fixed quickly before someone else needs help from them. This has really helped me organize all employee stock option information into an organized database where everything's more accessible than ever now!!
