When the skateboard arrived it had everything in it, it had the skateboard in it and the repair kit. From my knowledge the tires the skateboard come with are trick tires which are very good for doing tricks. When you first take it out I'd recommend tightening the wheels before riding it because it is kind of loose, after about 3 rides you should tighten it but after a while you don't need to tighten it anymore. For 30 dollars I think this skateboard is amazing for its value as it is very sturdy and easy to ride. I bought it for my son and he loves it. I definitely would recommend this skateboard for new skaters.
