This is my first ascot and I have no idea what a perfect ascot should look and feel like, but this particular one is stiff, not as soft as what I saw on those YouTube videos that teach you how to tie an ascot. Also, I feel like the narrow portion in the middle part is so short that I have a difficult time tie it when I follow the methods of those videos.
