They didn't work right after installation. We returned them and they held us responsible. They refunded us the total amount of $9.03. They said they couldn't resell them so we only got a quarter of what we paid for. I personally don't want them sending me something and someone else coming back with a problem. Most likely that happened. They were defective from the factory, or someone plugged them in and blew one of them. I am not sure. I literally just took them out of the box and the diameter of the part covering the wall was too small so I boxed them up and sent them back. I'm sure they will say they check all returns before reselling absolutely will not buy from this company again. Here is her explanation.
