Old mouse is great, new mouse is not up to date.
I previously bought a Logitech M310. I bought it in 2015 and when it broke after 4 years of constant use (I loved the mouse) I bought the exact same new model. The new mouse's optical sensor does not work on white or reflective surfaces. There were no problems with the predecessor. Unfortunately, 90% of my desk surfaces are white or glossy, so this mouse is basically useless for me at the moment.
