I have to say I'm very impressed. I bought it to do longer runs (5-10) miles. I have a camelback lobo that is fine but is too bulky and takes a minute to fill and cook. I never needed or wanted to go anywhere near the 3 liters that the Camelback holds. I traditionally run with a hip pack for my phone (music and tracks from my runs). Holding a bottle has always been a distraction. Now that it's warmer, I need some water. I ride mostly off-road, on trails and forest roads. This little gem allows me to carry small things like a bear spray, energy bar, GU, patches or even a small radio on my back. When you're not going off-road, you've got plenty of room for a light raincoat. Again, the back pocket is small but offers plenty of versatility without feeling bulky. I read in other reviews that the front pocket is not big enough for an iPhone 7. It bulges a bit but fits me. I can also put my phone in my back pocket if I need two bottles. Not my preference, but it works well and doesn't feel like it's flapping around. I didn't buy any bottles. I have a 12 oz bottle of Amphipod, 2 x 10 oz bottles of Nathan's and 1 x 7 oz bottle of Nathan. They all fit in the front pocket, but so far I've only used one 7 ounce bottle. I had chafing on my nipples on my first run, but that was resolved with Body Glide and a vest adjustment. At the moment the quality of the vest looks very good. The seams feel solid, the straps are very functional and hold the vest as snugly as I want without slipping. For me it was a great way to carry a little more stuff without feeling overwhelmed or breaking the bank. I wasn't sure how the vest would affect my run, but it didn't distract me. I would recommend it if you're looking for an inexpensive way to carry a small amount of water or gear without feeling like you're hiking off-road.
