Not meant for wide feet
I have wide feet, 8.5 EEE wide. So I did as I have to do with my regular shoes and ordered a 10. Rather than a 10 C like normal shoes, these things are a 10 A. Sliver of 1/8th inch rubber right down the middle of my foot. The material stretches great and the sole is comfortable, but I doubt the rubber will protect my feet much on the Illinois river
- These shoes are a lot more comfortable than I expected.
- They may not provide enough ankle support
