I bought this case and saved $$$. If you order this case from Givi or other suppliers, you may need to purchase separate parts for the fairing and top cover, adding $100 to the total cost. With this top case, both parts were already installed. The case's polypropylene shell has a matte, textured finish and matching top finish, while the inlaid top panel has a carbon fiber pattern and gloss gray Givi logo insert. However, Givi has some structural differences as well as different color options. The KQR One Key system is not compatible with the Givi Monokey system on new Kawasaki motorcycles (2015 and newer). The KQR mounting frame is also different. The earlier KR racks are identical to the Givi mounts, but are also not compatible with the new KQR series. Slight differences in the contour of the KQR fairing and top panels also make these parts incompatible with Givi cases.
