I like that it was so customizable to match our needs as we were growing in size very quickly with multiple teams working together across different geographies. There is also some confusion around roles when you are using TFADM outside an organization - what should be done vs who does etc can make things confusing at first but once you get used to this system its actually quite nice having all your reporting tools under one roof rather than spread out over several systems or platforms! We started off small (around 20 people) however now have grown into much larger team (>100). It's been really useful being able to share dashboards & reports between us internally without needing any 3rd party software/solutions which would require more resources then available within my own department alone.
