I got this trainer because I felt I wasn't getting enough club head speed. Sure enough I was only about to get up to level 3 out of 6. When I had my partner try it out they were able to get to level 5/6 pretty easily. They also hit the ball further than me naturally so it makes sense that I need up practice some more. The trainer definitely makes you focus your power in the correct area. I found that just by opening my hips differently I was able to occasionally get to level 4. I'm excited to see the gains.
