I like that they have an online portal where you can check your project status, add new contacts or clients without having them come into our office every time! It's pretty easy for one person at my job alone (with no IT experience)to setup all accounts needed through their website/app instead of doing it ourselves with different software packages etc - so we don't waste much man power if any there are problems after setting up everything correctly but before getting started working together as well; since this saves us from wasting too many hours troubleshooting issues afterwards by myself when things go wrong.
