Review on ๐ŸŒˆ Versatile Edible Clays: Turkestan White, Gray & Brown, Aktobe, Ural & Uzbek Pink Clays by Michelle Langley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Tasty variety

I am new to clay tasting. This pack was helpful for me to know what I like and dislike. Well packaged and arrived on time. All tones are marked. Turkestan clays are not super crunchy, turn into a thick mass in the mouth, stick to teeth and gums. Earthy aroma. Ural was very crispy and good. Uzbek was salty when eaten and similar to Turkestan.

Pros
  • Turkestan" white Light grey-brown tone. Tight but soft. Incredibly soft to the touch, dusty, silky. It makes your hands dirty. It bites off with a dull crunch and immediately melts into a tender mush, the consistency of which resembles an air cream. Absolutely no grains, does not stick! The taste of earth, dust. It creaks a little at the end. Not dry and not greasy. Very tasty clay, not like the others.
Cons
  • Not sure
