Brass inserts don't fit perfectly
I used this antenna on a 2004 Dodge Neon. The brass threaded inserts used for the antenna to fit the car where the original antenna used to have a tighter thread pattern than the original antenna. Also, because of the thread pattern, it wasn't as tight as I assume it should be. Even when using two thinner rubber discs.
