The strap that you have to hook onto the weight adjustment will only break your arm after a few seconds, even at maximum tension, because the tension is too high. Also, I have to keep the weight almost all the way up or the arm won't come down all the way. Also, after being shipped from Amazon, it was a box within a box within a box. 2 was PVC and Styrofoam packaging, which we cannot recycle in Maryland. It's a lot of waste and I'm 99% sure they don't even recycle cardboard here because they don't want to mess with tape or stickers or whatever government contractors do. Although it looks very nice and sounds good. I love the touch of the ground pin included in the cable, but even my 8 year old receiver doesn't have a ground plug, although you can just use a screw somewhere on the metal case. Why not just ground the electricity? Not bad for the money. Not as easy as my old $100 Sony, but it definitely looks better and is more fun to use and talk about. I would give 5 stars if the weight adjustment was more intuitive or helpful OR the arm locks in automatically. Nothing feels cheap and I love it. Quiet and smooth movement, solid construction and undistorted English documentation.
