Toothpaste is defective and I want a refund
I have used this paste before so I ordered 2 new tubes. But there was something wrong with the first tube I opened. (I haven't opened it yet, but I was hoping to return both tubes.). The consistency is firm, it is very difficult to squeeze out of the tube. It does not dissolve in the mouth but remains clumpy. Does the manufacturer read these reviews? Please contact me!
