First impression, very nice design. Attractive charging case. With a display that shows you the loading status and the loaded quantity. Within the first few hours of use, I noticed that the left and right headphones played music unevenly, which was very annoying. Tried putting it back, charging, comparing again, nothing happened. The worst is trying to contact the email address on the package. no one answered me at all. With such service I decided to return. Revain has a support feature that has been added during the return process. The agent is trying to help me and guide me to restart. But now I can't even find the device. I do not recommend these headphones at all, they should give less than 1 star. but I'm glad Revain has more support now. Please add a star for Revain support only.
