Review on 🦵 Enhanced Ankle Support: 3D Adjustable Stabilizing Ankle Brace by Oliver Waiker

I will wear this brace for the rest of my life. I only found out about this a few weeks ago from a specialist after the previous doctors had not helped. Too bad I didn't find this years ago. I have a specific type of ankle injury (within the ankle, including the inner malleolus). Ligaments and tendons are damaged. I kept walking on it until the bone fragments literally broke off me, and now I only have 2 real options - to wear such a splint for the rest of my life or to have my ankle operated. I really want my ankle not to grow together. Under the guidance of a specialist, I tried different types of bandages, soft braces, spandex braces, and the like. They helped a little, but the specialist told me an air stirrup would work best. So I ordered 4 different air stirrups. This one was a little more expensive than the others, but it was worth it. Of the four I've ordered, including the one that came with an air cushion (which I think would be the best), this brand is by far the most comfortable and also provided GREAT support for my ankle while still offering mobility. The pain in my ankle that I have had for 5 years has almost disappeared with this orthosis. Today I'm ready to walk a full kilometer again, although I used to have such a limp that I couldn't walk several hundred meters without severe pain. I don't know why this tire feels and performs better than the others. But I ordered foam pads and they are great. Maybe they just fit me well, but it could also be that of the 4 air stirrups I bought, this one was the only one that fit right and left. I was left behind of course as it is my injured ankle. Other brands are said to be "universal" to wear on either ankle, but that seems like a huge mistake on their part. same price, was second best. It was comfortable and supportive, but wasn't as good as this brand in either area. The other two, while each are "special", actually cause me a lot of pain and I can't use them. So you can see I'm very happy with it. I think it's better than any other I've tried. And I plan on ordering a few more right away so I'll always have that particular brand because it's such a comfortable yet effective pneumatic tire.
