Great piece to keep baby from falling backwards. My child stands on stage and tries to get up with everything. That's why she falls often. This pillow has protected her from trauma or injury to the back of her head on several occasions. She sits comfortably and doesn't even feel like she's lying on it. I wear about 4 hours, no complaints. You can adjust the size of the straps.
