Perfect replacement for a broken hot water faucet

After about 15 years in the mineral rich waters of Southern California, our Bunn Dual Soft-Heat Coffee Maker's hot water faucet has accumulated enough mineral deposits to come out continuously dripping. Luckily, it's very easy to swap out: the silicone hose inside slides off the metal tube protruding from the back, and a single nut holds the faucet in place. It actually took a lot longer to drain some of the hot water from the tank (to avoid flooding when I picked up the hose) than actually replacing it. The people in our kitchen are much happier now.
