Loose and tight is good for women
I don't know how a swimsuit can be both tight and loose but this one beats both. I ordered two - a size 8 and a size 10. For reference, I'm 135lbs and 5ft 2lbs. The top was fairly loose (mine is 32C) and the middle section was loose at the top but tightened going down. Untying the side ties didn't help untie the bottom half. Both swimsuits were just weird and didn't fit my body well. Maybe you have better luck.
