The ease of implementation,the fact that it is very user friendly in terms of both the program itself as well as working with customer support. They have a lot of resources available to assist customers when making decisions. Customer service has been outstanding! I do not foresee any issues or problems at this time. We use emergence for our inventory control system - tracking product movement within the facility and across facilities. This allows us to keep track of all products being moved by department/personnel/location etcetera.
