At first glance I wasn't sure what I was getting. They come shrink wrapped which is very convenient. I washed towels in the cold and dried them on medium heat for 35 minutes. The towels are a bit fluffy - not as fluffy as you might think from the photos here but don't let that put you off. These towels are amazing. They dry in a jiffy and no silly fluff from traditional bath towels. The bath towel is like a blanket it is so big and the standard bath towel is also a good size. Full packing and refilling without problems. I paid ridiculous amounts for good quality towels and ended up using them to clean my car. These towels stay in the bathroom - I bought another set yesterday. Lol but then. You will not be disappointed
