Because the item was shipped from USA to Europe, the delivery time was quite fast (about 1 week); Unfortunately the first one came with a broken wheel and I had to send it back. here Revain's return policy is excellent and they shipped the new watch in record time; The watch is nice, big enough for an elderly person like me to see the time with ease, and the chain is comfortable to the touch. A very good buy for the price.
