Please note that this dietary supplement is not an energy booster. but prevents sore muscles, cramps and muscle problems during intensive training. I did a test run. and used it on a 40 mile ride and even sprints, upwind sections and even when I "pulled" a group of riders. I have never felt a burning sensation in the muscles in my legs. Also, after the ride and still today, my legs don't feel like I rode for 2 hours. Hope this stuff works as good as it did on the 40th ride. In any case. I see advantages in that.
