Awesome GPU Cooler

I bought with NZXT Kraken G12 to replace Gigabyte 1080 TI Black Edition 3 fan heatsink. The black output was not developed in favor of the 1080 TI, I reached 80 ยฐ C after a few hours of gaming. I would start at around 72C and gradually work my way up to 80C after around 2 hours of play. I just couldn't handle it as the card I had before, the 1070, stayed at or below 68C depending on my custom fan curve via MSI Afterburner and it was MSI's dual fan design as well as lots of big fans. I also bought small heatsinks to stick on the VRAM and VRM chips to allow the fan to cool the components. The ones I used were actually for the Raspberry PI cooling kit. He had 30 heatsinks for about $12, I bought 2 because they are 3 different sets of 10. For example 10 square flat copper pieces, 10 VRAM size aluminum heatsinks and 10 VRM size mini aluminum heatsinks. The design of the Kraken kit gives you enough space to mount the heatsinks on the card and not get too close to the frame or fan. My 1080 TI is currently idling at 19ยฐC in a room with an ambient temperature of 22ยฐF. When I'm gaming it never goes above 54ยฐC, seriously! I even added 125MHz to the clock to bring it up to 2025MHz, but it's still running at 54C and my FPS remain much more stable when gaming. If you take your time and do it with perfection in mind, this is definitely the way to go. Keep in mind that it doesn't look that pretty, but I don't care, no one comes and looks at my computer when I'm playing games and/or if they're playing on this machine too.
