I've been a big Kipling fan for years. This is one of the most beautiful patterns they have ever released. Everyone will stop and ask you where you got it, it's a show stop. Alvar is very easy to use and I have other Alvar models in different colors, this is my favorite model. Two large compartments that open at the top, a zipped compartment in the main compartment, two pen holders, a compartment for glasses and another compartment for an iPod or mobile phone. There are two more zippered compartments on the front of the bag. When I'm driving, I don't even have to take my eyes off the road to find something, I just grab it. Don't dig, you know where everything is. I also prefer the Alvar because it's not a deep bag. So when you wear a shoulder strap, you don't have a thick, bulky bag pressing against your side. The strap is adjustable so you can wear it as a handbag, lengthen it for a crossbody bag, or lengthen it even longer for a crossbody bag. Kipling bags are washable when they get dirty, last almost forever, and everything from the quality of the fabric to the zips is premium and durable. It's even nicer live than in the picture, it's supposed to be spring and summer :-) When I searched the net I couldn't find a better price than what I was looking for here on Revain.
