The plug cannot be fully inserted into the outlet. Low quality.
Very disappointed. it seems so cheap that the quality is on the verge of a dollar store. The biggest disappointment has to be the fact that it's not possible to fully insert the connectors unless you're bothered by the exposed metal pins. I tried all sockets. I found that I can only use the bottom 3 and that's it. It's not the brown plugs above the socket that got stuck, they just aren't very well made. I basically bought a 3 outlet power strip not knowing my belongings would be protected. Spend a little more and get something worth using.
