The team at popular are friendly and easy to work with! They always have my back when I need them most (i.e., deadlines!). Their turnaround time is very fast so you don't feel like there's any lag between your inputting info into their system/designing process etc. Sometimes it can be hard to get hold of someone - especially if they're not around during normal office hours or working from home which makes communication difficult but this isn't an issue that i've had too much trouble over yet. If you want great quality designs delivered quickly then go no further than popular!! We were looking for something simple and unique for our website as well as social media posts / marketing materials. A quick chat about what we wanted ended up us designing some really nice pieces together.
