They work once installed but are difficult to install and come with no instructions. The manufacturer doesn't have a website and Revain's customer service couldn't help me contact the seller, so I resorted to various online guides and trial and error. If you're a pro it probably doesn't matter, but this was my first time using heavy duty/extra large fasteners and positioning the fasteners to get everything snapping and closing properly, which took a lot longer and caused a lot more errors than necessary. My slides were difficult to put back together after taking out one part of the box, but the other was easy to separate and put back together. Both rails roll well once installed and the two blue latches work well. I've only been using it for a week, so I can't comment on durability. I originally bought from Revain because they promised faster shipping, but in reality the shipping was a few days late and didn't make much of a difference in the end. I will definitely buy from a website that specializes in hardware and will provide product information and customer service in the future. I would feel a little better in terms of quality control and durability from a knowledgeable manufacturer.
