This chair is too big for me. Hands are too far apart to sit at the computer all day, especially for me as a short person. The seller said I could send two boxes because I can't get the pneumonic rod out of the star base so they all won't fit in the original box. They were very helpful and willing to find a way to complete the return. Responsive. Unfortunately the product did not fit me. This is a high quality chair made from durable material. Roller wheels are better than others I've had and glide well on carpet.
