Not everything works the way they say.

SIM card inserted, does not charge. Writes that the SIM card slot is empty. I don't know how to figure it out because it seems to be stuck in a slot. I sent an email to the address listed for this and my email said it didn't accept my email or didn't exist. So I'm sending it back.
