Review on SYNTECSO Upgraded Spinning Attachment Standing by Tray Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good idea but needs some work

I received the reflex rod today and immediately tried to attach it to my heavy Century bag. The straps that come with it are too flimsy and the buckles offer no resistance. No matter how hard I tried to tighten the straps, the crossbar was still loose and threatening to come loose. In the end I just took off those straps and used regular elastic cords with hooks to attach the bar to my bag. After that I was able to start barbell boxing. But the bar doesn't bounce until I smack it hard to bounce it off the bag, and even then the speed at which it bounces back at me is a little slow. The product can use a pair of springs to facilitate rebound and speed. For now, I would recommend this for entry-level learning.

Pros
  • Upgraded Metal Construction - The rotating boxing bar is covered in microfiber leather and inside is a steel tube wrapped in a soft sponge. The reflex rod is upgraded with two rods for smooth rotation, and the reaction speed is faster than the previous model.
Cons
