It's easy to use with no need for complicated software or plugins! The customer support is great as well - they are always quick at responding (even during UAT!) Any issues we have had were resolved in hours/days not weeks like other companies that require you go through their whole process before solving an issue so I can't say it has been terrible but there really isn’t anything bad about this product either;) Just be sure when using video chat rooms / meeting spaces etc make them private otherwise people will start complaining if others join while chatting which means more traffic than necessary into those chats making things messy ;) Great solution overall though just remember what i said above :) We've used integrivideo across our organisation now over 5 years ago firstly internally only then later externally too since launch its helped us solve many problems from lack of simple.
