To be honest the first one I received from the seller had died in about two minutes. I understand that every manufacturer has a small percentage of their products that fail for one reason or another, so I was willing to give the seller a second chance. I contacted the seller through Revain and got an immediate response and they sent me another power bar strip for the surge protector which arrived within 3 days. I've been using it for a few days now with no problems. The USB ports charge my ASUS phone and tablet quickly, and the standard outlets work great with the floor lamp. I am very happy with the new range of power bars and would recommend them to anyone looking for them.
