Not a licensed Sanrio product but does the job!
I love most Sanrio makeup bags, but refuse to pay full price for something I see every day just to keep my cherished skin products. The "finished" stitching on the buttons on the handle is really cool, but the design and dimensions work well for my purpose. I would probably buy it for a very small toddler but not for an older girl as a gift. It's a good way to "throw it in your desk drawer" or a travel makeup bag, but not the kind you'll want to take on a trip with a bunch of naughty girls who carry flashy bags. I like it because we're in a local hideaway and I'd rather get my best skin products in a prettier bag than a Walmart store.
