My house has an average humidity of 75% and I urgently need humidity controls in the toilets. I've had problems with mold a few times. And I bought them to alleviate the problem. I've been using this product for a month and have had great results so far. With my use, a 10.5 ounce bucket of DampRid lasts about 1 month before liquifying. I checked the results with a moisture meter and they were excellent. The bucket must be placed on a plate as the product will leave a slightly greasy film on the outside of the bucket once it has dried. I would like to use the bucket for something else, but the film of grease is too sticky. Pros: 1) Easy to use 2) Effectively removes moisture 3) No odor 4) Keeps fresh in the closet Cons: 1) Wish it lasted longer (for high humidity areas) 2) Leaves a greasy film on the outside of the bucket
