I love this 16 inch Lloyd Pans pizza screen. In the photo is the very first pizza I made with it. I've been making pizza for many years, but this was the first pizza I made with Lloyd's Pizza Screen. As always when I test out a new pizza pan, colander, or other pizza, I make a regular cheese pizza. This is and will remain a guideline. The results were pretty impressive. The strainer is made like Lloyd's pizza pans with their patented pre-aged tuff coating (PSTK). I've made 8 pizzas with it so far and it turned out great. Although it's a 16-inch screen, you can also bake smaller pizzas on it, which I often do with 14- or 12-inch ones. Easy to clean with a soapy sponge. This is not a pizza pan! It's thin but durable. If you want something heavy, get a pizza pan, not a screen. The strainer is used to maximize oven temperature transfer to the bottom of the pizza dough and this works perfectly. I can't add more how well it works. Of course, you need to know how to make a proper pizza dough and make a pizza shell before putting it on the screen because the pizza screen can't do wonders, but once you have that part, this screen will deliver a well-baked pizza. . photo proof. You can buy pizza sieves cheaper, but in my opinion it is better not to buy them. As my father always said: If you buy quality, you only cry once. For me it is worth knowing that I can produce quality pizza reliably and consistently. Highly recommended.
