Of all the generic brands, LINKYO is my favorite. They seem concerned about the quality of their product and check to see if you are happy with the order. Although I didn't need to contact customer service, when they contacted me after I received my toner to make sure I was happy, they told me their customer service was good. I don't know how many pages we actually print (I know it's a lot!), the toner lasts about 3 months. And I think that's great, because as I said, we print A LOT!). The price is great too! Helps us because we are a small business and toner can be a big expense for us.
