Review on Carbide Tungsten Milling Cutter Diameter by Pop Henneghan

This is not carbide. The cheapest steel (uncoated) end mills you can buy at $13 a set will perform better than these. They splinter when cutting 6061 T6 aluminum. I used them in a project and messed them all up. Ironically, I bought them because they were "Carbide" and I needed better end mills.
