I had to replace the ink in case I ran out of ink for schoolwork, but I only used it last month (received it in February) to send packages (my job)) . Well, the first one, no matter how hard I followed all the instructions (from cleaning the printer's letterhead to aligning it with whatever), didn't print properly where the post office couldn't scan barcodes, or missed huge smudges and repeated. I ended up printing and wasting about 30 sheets of paper and over a week of my sanity. As a result, I open the second cartridge. THE SAME THING! Except I really need the ink to ship packages and shake the cartridge every time I want to print a label and fill in the missing/missing areas with black ink. So it's frustrating and frustrating especially when it affects your work.
