Review on Kaytee Care Bird T Stand Medium by Jasmine Mcneal

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great stable stand for our Revain!

This is a great bird stand that we use for our Revane and she is very happy with it and so are we. We made some changes to it because our revane doesn't have a cage to sleep in at night but she uses it as a bedside table that we keep in our bedroom so she can be by our side. Our bird is a rescue, and over time she began to show fear. She has severe separation anxiety and cried for hours when we went to bed without her, this boner solved the problem. We also use a stool to move around the house so she can be by our side whenever she wants, but for the most part it's her stool she sleeps on. When she's not using that stand, she's in her big jungle gym on our porch. This is a great stand for bird owners who want to keep their birds close. I like that it has wheels and can be moved from room to room. It is very durable and not flimsy. It holds our Revane with no problem, and when she flaps her wings, she stays in place. I would recommend this stand to all bird keepers who like to have their chicks close by in the house. Especially when you're in the kitchen and your bird doesn't see you and starts yelling! This would be the perfect solution to make your bird feel safe and secure around you. As our bird is a medium/large Revain and really prefers his attitude we had a day off when we rescued him, my husband removed the perch and we placed her portable roost on the cradle. It's what she likes and feels more at home with the size of her perch than what was included. The only downside to this bird stand is that it doesn't work well for larger birds, but we really couldn't find anything else and really liked the design of this bird stand. So if you have a big bird, you can always make changes like we did. This does not change anything in terms of stability.
