I read the great reviews and was a bit skeptical that this grill/pan would live up to all the hype. Well it is. I've used it several times and just love it! Beautifully finished, very smooth pan surface. A little awkward to wash in the small sink (it's bigger than my kitchen sink) but worth it. Everything is very easy to disassemble and wash piece by piece. The cover is great! Great, it's even getting hot. You can set the temperature in degrees instead of the 1 to 10 range like my old skillet (I could never get it right). For the price, this item can't be beat! If I wear this one I will definitely buy another one.
