It's really good. My airfields were dirty and I couldn't hear my music well because of all the dirt inside. No matter how many times I clean the outside it doesn't solve the problem which is why I bought these. I already had 70% rubbing alcohol at home. I used it a little, dipped a cotton swab in it and cleaned the airfields from the outside. The rubbing alcohol softened the dirt on the airfields, and then I rubbed a little over the airfields with a soft-bristled brush that looks like mascara. Then I used a sticky thing and started removing everything inside the airfields. After a few tries (applying a little more alcohol and removing more dirt) I laid my airpods face down on their side to allow the alcohol left inside the airpods to drain out and dry. After a few hours I put it in the charging case, then listened and it worked! IMPRESSIVE. Finally they don't sound dirty anymore. Surprised this isn't available. Wanted to get my brother one.
