Awesome compression shirt for the price you pay. I’m 6 ft, 165 lbs, small to medium frame. I went with XL since the reviews tilted towards "runs small.” The size you should get depends on how much "squeeze” you want. I wanted light compression, not too tight so I went a larger. I’m sure the L would have fit, but I didn’t want the extra compression. If you are on the larger or more muscular side you should go 1 or even 2 sizes larger.
