Left click, right click and scrolling are very quiet. It makes the typical click when you press the scroll wheel or press DPI, LED controls, and side buttons, although you probably won't need to press those buttons often. Works ideally on a table (wooden surface) and feels good in the hand. I emailed the seller about the side button remapping but they said the software is linked to a function on the keyboard and cannot be edited. I'm assuming the combination it's connected to is Alt+{right} and Alt+{left}, but somehow also selects the currently open no-click window? I don't know how it works, but it works. I also have a feeling that the side buttons don't work on a Mac. Edit: After half a year, the left button stopped working intermittently, making this mouse basically unusable.
