I was looking for a POE HAT to use with Pi-KVM. Look no further. Pop your hat and Pi into a HiPi Berry case and you have a working Pi KVM powered by a POE switch. Be sure to isolate the 5V on the USB-A connector (ribbon or cut cable) of the USB-CA cable that connects to the target PC so you don't mess with the Pi or the target PC supply emergency power. I'm using USB HDMI loop capture to create a working physical/remote Pi KVM console. It works on both Pi 4 and Pi Zero. Of course the POE part doesn't work at zero, but at least I know the LED and fan will work with it.
