Great platform when you need help in your product

The simplicity of using the service is great, and the ability to provide multiple answers at once is also great. I think that the support team is also great, they are responsive and helpful! I'm not sure if I dislike anything, I think that it is a great service for solving user problems. I have been able to solve many problems with the service, I have been able to have more engagement with my users and I can also provide them with multiple answers at the same time, this has also allowed me to spend less time on each specific problem.

It's simple interface easy navigation in all aspects fast loading times;Easy useIt makes work much easier than usual tools like Survey Monkey or Google Surveys.
