Great value for money, one of the best offers.
It was taken under a server with a file washer, video surveillance (4 streams) and ip telephony (2 simultaneous calls). A stock cooler is enough, you can install passive cooling and one 20 cm fan for low-speed purge (I did that). You can find it cheaper on AMD, but do you need it? =).
